A friend of mine wrote the below sweet poem, check it out and tell me what do you think.
“My heart is calling out his name”
“My heart is calling out his name,
it’s telling me it’s not the same,
but what to do, it’s love to blame,
and now it’s time to play love’s game.
My brain is telling me it’s insane,
‘is there a chance, his love you’ll gain?’,
but then my heart tells me it’s not in vain,
‘if it’s not love, then why are you in pain?’.
But what if my love grows more and more,
and my passion for him reaches the core,
then he didn’t love me, my insides will turn sore,
and my love will leave my heart a bore…

My heart is calling out his name,
it’s telling me it can’t just be the same,
but what to do, it’s love to blame,
and now it’s time to play love’s game,
so what does it mean if I don’t sleep at night,
if his face doesn’t leave, a second, my sight,
if when I’m with him, I lose myself like falling from height,
if I’m trying to fight his love with all my might…
‘it’s nothing..’, my brain says, ‘it’s nonsense’
‘you’re falling in the trap with no defense,
stop it!! Before everything gets so dense,
you’ve got to control your feelings, hence..’
‘you can’t..’, my heart says, ‘your love is calling’,
‘can’t you see how he is caring,
it can’t be nothing, he’s for you falling,
and the love between you is just flaring..’

My heart is calling out his name,
It’s telling me it won’t be the same,
but what to do, it’s love to blame,
and now it’s time to play love’s game,
but I’m so confused... I’m too scared,
how am I to hide that for him I cared,
that he’s not like others, he can’t be compared,
should I deny what, between our hearts, is said?
‘Yes, you should!!’, ‘no, you can’t!!’
I’m so puzzled; I feel I’ll faint,
‘Oh, be stronger, loving him you ain’t!!’
No... I love him... My heart for him pant…
